Leila jumped up and down. "Yay! me too. Finally! A class together!" Leila linked arms again with Jacey. "Lead the way Νέος!" She threw her free hand in the air.

Jacey headed for the Gym Leila in tow. "Of all the classes we had to share this one." She said knowing just how big a fool she would make of herself. Jacey and sports were like Nazis and Jews. Sports of course being the Nazis.

"whats so wrong with Gym?" Leila asked looking out for any hot guys. She thought she might as well play the full part of a 17 year human girl.

"It's not kind to the physically inept." She laughed as she walked up to her locker. She opened it and pulled out a larger black duffel bag. "I have to keep it in her or they put stuff in it. Once I opened it to find a snake waiting on me. Thankfully it wasn't poisonous. " She pulled out her gym clothes then pulled Leila toward the large double doors.

Leila looked at her. "Why are they so mean to you?" She thought of all the people she'd have to be mean or 'convince' to be nice to Jacey but she didn't care. Her brother was madly in love with the human and that made Jacey family, so she was going to do everything in her power to make her happy.

"Well. I'm weak, strange, and adults don't seem to care. Why not? But hey, if it weren't me it be some other kid. So I don't mind it" She said trying to be optimistic about the situation. It was true though, if kids didn't pick on her some other kid would get harassed. So she didn't mind that burden. For all she knew she was saving someone's life.

"I don't think your weak or strange." Leila said softly. "Your the first real friend I've ever had. Well I mean, besides my brother but he doesn't count. Cento ventisette anni senza un amico."
Cento ventisette anni senza un amico. - One hundred and twenty seven years without a friend.

Jacey gave her a questionly look but was immensity tired of asking for translations. "For the record. Friends speak in languages other friends can understand" She joked, before walking up to the Coach, with Leila at her side. "Coach, this is our new student. Leila Wyatt" Jacey turned back to Leila "Well I'll leave you to your formalities. I need to go dress out."

She shrugged at her. "That was something i wanted in other language." Leila followed Jacey to the Coach. "Hiya. Want me to get dressed so i can play?" The Coach looked her up and down. "How about you have a seat and watch Barbie." She light growled and did what she was told.

Jacey walked out taking her usual stretching spot. Ben Chaney being the lead stretcher this week. She followed his movements knowing the stretches by heart. "Alright kiddies, this week is Basketball. And this time if any of you have to get stitches it will be our last week of Basketball" His voice boomed over the room, making her ears hurt but she didn't say a word. Only followed instruction. Despite how bad they sucked.

Leila pulled out a book and started reading. Going back and forth from her book to watching the students. She had read her book at least 1000 times, it showed but she didn't care. It was the only thing besides a necklace she had left of her parents. She laughed at Jacey a few times making a list of the things they needed to work on.

She caught herself staring at Leila. She just seemed so graceful. Would she ever get used to dating her brother? She felt a basketball hit the small of her back. She winced from the bruises that already lie there. She looked up hoping Leila hadn't seen. And as far as she could tell she hadn't.

Leila watched as a basketball hit Jacey. She growled a little and realized she was way too overprotected. 'Humans get hurt' She said to herself. She continued to read and found herself wishing she was still human. Wishing she didn't have to keep secrets from her new friend. She hated waiting for Liam to tell Jacey the truth; she knew he didn't want to tell her.
